RTC.  Think back to the S&L crisis in the late 80’s/early 90’s.  Remember the drill?  Bad assets (loans and real estate) were put into a “bad bank” and a whole army of CPAs, analysts and real estate professionals worked to dispose of them all.  I know a few folks who did pretty well during the S&L bailout.  SOX 404.  Turned out to be kind of a windfall for a lot of firms, didn’t it?..."
